This process use a vacuum conveying system and powder material which is fluidized due to the high speed airflow can be conveyed through sealed tube. The complete sealed product system which is consisted of efficient gas conveying technology conforms with the requirement of cGMP.

- After Cyclone separator, almost all the powder can be caught at this stage

-The vacuum loading system controls the on/off of whole system by HMI;

-All parts in this system can be dismantled and installed, washed and sterile after loading process. The material of the system component is all health grade 316L.

- The size of the vacuum suction nozzle is determined to the hardness of powder and the characteristics of the drug. The vacuum suction nozzle and the suction pipe are removable and replaced conveniently.
