Headspace Gas Analyzer (HGA)
Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy(TDLAS) is a rapid and non-destructive analytical method suitable for monitoring gas concentrations and vacuum levels in the headspace of containers.
The most common application is oxygen content inspection. If container is leakage, head space atmosphere composition is similar with background atmosphere, then good and leakage products could be divided by analyzing head space atmosphere composition. The inspection for other atmosphere is also available according to different requirement, for example moisture, carbon dioxide etc.
