Leakage such as micro-cracks or pinholes in the container may not be detected by cameras. To complement vision inspection for critical zones of containers filled with liquid product, High Voltage Leak Detection(HVLD) systems can be integrated into inspection machines.

Application

• Liquid ampoules, vials.
• Check for pinholes, cracks, leaks.
• Container filled with liquid products.
• With up to 4 high voltage inspection stations each product is checked thoroughly for defects on Tip/Cap, neck, sidewall and bottom.
